At Carter Love LLC, all sales are final. This applies to:

• Physical products, including print-on-demand items
• Digital products and downloads
• Services, retainers, and creative work (including website updates, branding, photo shoots, design work, and project coordination)

 

Because each item or service is uniquely created, personalized, or digital in nature, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Retainers and Service Payments:

Retainer payments, project deposits, and creative service fees are non-refundable. Payment secures time, priority access, and ongoing creative work — whether or not you fully utilize the hours or deliverables within the month.

Please review all product descriptions, service details, and policies carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
