Step 1: Inquiry & Booking

Start by filling out the inquiry form with details about your brand, vision, and needs. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a 15-minute consultation call to finalize details. Full payment is required to secure service.

Step 2: Concept Development

After booking, I’ll create a mood board based on your form responses and consultation notes. You’ll receive an email with the board, along with a scheduled call to discuss any adjustments and finalize your brand’s direction.

Step 3: Planning & Coordination

Once the concept is set, I’ll coordinate the necessary vendors, locations, models, and styling elements to bring your vision to life. If needed, additional services like makeup artists, videographers, and studio time can be added.

Step 4: The Photoshoot

On the scheduled date, we’ll execute the branding session, capturing high-quality, compelling visuals that align with your brand identity. I ensure the session runs smoothly and meets the agreed-upon creative direction.

Step 5: Editing & Delivery

Your selected images will be professionally edited, with an expedited editing option available if needed. Final images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, ready for use across social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Step 2: Event Concept & Planning

After booking, I’ll create a mood board outlining the event’s theme, aesthetic, and key details. You’ll receive this via email, along with a scheduled call to review and finalize details. This call also determines the vendors needed and the budget required to secure them. The vendor budget should be secured within a week of this call.

Step 3: Vendor Coordination & Logistics

Once the event vision is finalized, I’ll handle all vendor bookings, venue coordination, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience. This includes photographers, videographers, catering, stylists, and any additional services your event requires.

Step 4: Weekly Progress Updates

Each week leading up to the event, I’ll send a progress summary via email to keep you informed on all planning updates. Calls should only be scheduled if absolutely necessary to keep things efficient.

Step 5: Event Setup & Coordination

On the day of the event, I’ll arrive a few hours early to ensure everything is set up properly. I’ll also stay at the beginning of the event to make sure things flow smoothly.

Step 6: Event Oversight (Optional Add-On)

If you’d like me to stay throughout the entire event or provide additional on-site coordination, this can be added for an extra fee.
